Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains how Elevado Digital Marketing ("Elevado", "we") handles information when we provide marketing and operations services to our business clients, including when our tools access data through Google APIs.
Who we serve
Our clients are businesses, mainly local contractors. We act on their behalf and only with their permission. We do not sell products to consumers through this website.
Information we access
- Client marketing account data, after the account owner grants access: for example Google Ads campaign settings, performance metrics and lead records, Google Search Console search performance, and Google Business Profile information.
- Business contact information our clients share with us to run their services (names, emails and phone numbers of the client's staff).
- Lead information that a client's own customers submit through the client's ads, forms or calls, processed for that client only.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide the services the client asked for: managing and reporting on their campaigns, routing their leads to their team, and maintaining their local presence. We do not use client data to advertise to anyone, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
Google API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We access Google Ads, Search Console and Business Profile data only for accounts whose owner has authorized our access, and only to manage and report on that owner's own marketing.
- We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide or improve the authorized service, to comply with law, or with the owner's consent.
- We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not allow humans to read the data except with the owner's consent, for security or legal reasons, or as needed to provide the service the owner requested.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting and CRM providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep client data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. A client can revoke our access at any time from their own Google account settings (for example by removing our manager account link or user access in Google Ads), and can ask us to delete the data we hold by emailing us.
Security
We protect credentials and data with access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access.
